Well, I am going to buy GHWT and I am wondering if the 360 version of the game is any different than the Wii version (The whole Mii feature on the Wii doesn’t entice me at all so don’t use that please)
Do I buy Guitar Hero:World Tour for the Wii or 360?

The 360 has downloadable song on GH4, and i was about to say about the Mii thing…but…yea.
I personally think the 360 would be your better choice, since theres the fact when gh3 came out for the wii and 360, the wii hadda go through a huge patch to fix its online mode.

There are a lot of differences dude. You have your graphics first of all. Also the Wii versions of GH don’t come out so great. They’re good, they keep you entertained, but if you want the full experience get it on the 360 dude. Also another helpful hint. The Wii may be a 4th gen system but its just a GameCube with motion sensors.

i say you should get guitar hero world tour for wii because if you get it for wii it will be more interactive and you will have more fun

if you don’t like the Wii extras for Guitar Hero World Tour, then get the 360 version. It is as simple as that. It is more expensive, but it is easier to get downloadable content and you will earn achievements on your xbla account. Online for the Wii version isn’t broken, but it still suffers from the stupid friend code system (Only EA has made a way to bypass it). In fact, next to EA’s wii offerings this game has one of the best Wii online experiences. Sadly this doesn’t even hold a candle to the ps3.
If you are broke, save a few bucks by getting the Wii version. Since you already said you don’t care for the Wii exclusives, the price is the only thing that should keep you from the superior 360 version.
