You would really have to take the guitar down to the store to see if they would buy it, however they will only buy something they can make a profit on, and a large one at that. They will only give you about 30% of the worth of any instrument you sell them.

Yes…I had to sell my new Kramer Vanguard guitar 4 weeks ago.
They only gave me $125 for it and I only had it for 2 weeks.
They will ask you to bring it on and let them look at it and decide from there….

It sounds like your guitar was never set up properly in the first place,
Guitars with locking vibratos, really need to be set up correctly, or they will be a real pain, (as you’ve noticed)
I would take it to a real music store first, with a real guitar tech, and have him set it up, the right way, with a good set of new strings first.
You may decide that you do like the guitar then,
even if you don’t like the results, ANY store will pay you more for a guitar that works right, than one that doesn’t,
so I think think it’s worth the chance.
