So, I’m basically a self-taught guitarist, I’ve been playing for a few years, and a few months ago I started taking lessons.

Right now I’m trying to find a good book or series of books to help my playing. My guitar teachers strength is mainly in blues and rock, so something in that genre would be good.

As for my level, I’d consider myself intermediate. I’ve learned about the modes, I can finger-tap simple things, and I know most of the ways that different chords are formed, I can do bar chords, and I want something challenging, but not impossible. If you would recommend a book or series, that would be excellent, and I can look on amazon perhaps to get an idea if it’s the book for me.
