  edit 3: I asked you to explain what you mean by decent hip hop. Snoop Dogg is a legend in the game, having one of the longest careers. While many people (including sometimes me) say he fell off, he has still contributed a lot to hip hop. I'm pretty sure whatever rappers you consider decent would agree with me. He has respect in the hip hop community, from Nas to Jay-Z and all the underground. (btw you still haven't explained what decent hip hop is.)

  Now when I say decent as in decent answer, I meant that you didn't even answer the question, you only left an inflammatory, off-the-subject remark. That is called trolling my friend. That is the definition of the word.

  Since you haven't denied not hearing the song, I'm going to assume you haven't. In this case your opinion is void and you are "running your mouth off". If you had (1) explained what you mean by decent hip hop, (2) listened to the song, (3) given reasons why you don't think its decent hip hop, your opinion would be valid. But you didn't

  My guess is you simply heard the name Snoop Dogg, associated it with "Sensual Seduction" or something and decided to leave a smartass remark.
